charm software package provides Tool for publishing and maintaining Juju charms, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install charm
charm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the charm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep charm *
You will get with charm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
